It really is quite easy! This is a great eco hack that will save you time and money by using items you already have in your home. You could also use cut up fabric instead of paper towels that you can use rewash and reuse! You will start by mixing a cup of water with half a tablespoon of Clorox bleach; you can also put a few drops of essential oil like tea tree to give it a scent, that is my hack to this tutorial as I cannot personally stand the smell of bleach. Cut a roll of paper towel in half, and then put this half roll in a reusable container. Pour your water/bleach/essential oil mixture over the top of your half cut roll of paper towel, then carefully remove the inner paper towel cardboard roll.
