INTERIOR DESIGN TRENDS
Moody Interiors:
Whilst white kitchens were a strong dominating decor style the last few years, interiors are moving away from white minimalist styling in rooms, especially kitchens, and sophisticated black cabinetry and even walls in some rooms are bringing a classic and classy ambiance that we have not seen before.
Black has always been like the little black dress of the design world. It bestows and elegance and tone that is both beautiful and serious.
Bring some drama to your home in 2019 with black matt paint or finishes!
- Pre-installed Android 5.1 OS, Youtube, Facebook, IG, plus many more downloadable APP’s

WGSN explain: ‘Don’t be surprised if come 2019 you hear your mirror telling you you’re running low on vitamin D or running late for that crucial meeting while you’re brushing your teeth in the morning’. Homeowners continue to embrace technology in the home and this is just one more way that they can now do that.

HOME STAGING HINTS & TIPS FOR CALGARY HOME SELLERS
Your Home Staging Checklist For Selling Your Home in YYC
1-Make sure you do all essential repairs to your home ahead of putting it on the market for sale. No one wants to buy another person’s ‘honey-do’ list! Freshen up paint, patch and repair holes, clean up and touch up baseboards, tidy up your yard (this includes any pet mess or children’s toys lying around outside). Home buyers are looking to buy a great home that is turn-key ready. Most buyers do not want to buy a home that they have to immediately start repairing in order to start living in enjoyably. If you don’t complete repairs ahead of putting your home on the market, this will translate to buyers, and the home will look both unkempt and unloved.
2-Cleaning is important! This includes your appliances too. Buyers will look in these, so make sure that your oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave are also given some TLC and look clean and sparkling.
And that is our roundup for this week. Happy November! Have a great week ahead!
